WNA Beauty sells through a network of agents as well as directly to customers. Off-the-shelf store builders could handle the shop, but not the part that mattered most to the business: crediting each agent's sales, calculating commission and paying it out, which was being tracked by hand.
We built a custom Laravel store around that workflow. Customers shop, apply promo codes and pay by FPX through Billplz; orders are linked to the agent who made the sale, and commission is calculated automatically. Agents get their own portal to follow orders and earnings, while the admin manages products, stock, shipping, banners, vouchers and payouts from one dashboard.
